I just finished sending an email to Dickey from aiesec Windsor, he is our National Support Team Director of Talent Management. I am so excited to work with him and get advice about my role so that I can grow and make sure you are all growing in areas that you want to grow! :) yay for growing!
Anyway, as you may know I am trying to implement a Rewards and Recognition program in our LC, please comment with feedback about how you'd like to be rewarded and suggestions on how to track performance, I want to make sure the plan is tailored to all of your needs so don't be afraid to think outside of the box!
